Mould information:
Mould Description: Pneumatic, pin-valve gate PET preform mould with hot runner.
Main Mould base and sliding plate: P20 steel, after Nitrogen treatment HRC 30-32.
Core(punch) and cavity: S136 stainless steel, after vacuum quench, HRC 50-52.
Screw neck (lip): S136. Hardness HRC48-52.
Heating plate: H13 steel, Chinese standard manifold.
Graphite copperplate and copper guide sleeve: China (Copper alloy +H13).
Heating ring(Coil heater): ROTFIL from ITALY or HOTSET from GERMANY.
Pin-valve: SKD61 and SKH51, HRC 59-61, From Japan.
Nozzle tip Insulator: American DUPONT.
Temperature controller: PID voltage card temperature controller.
Preform mould configuration Adopted European mould structure;
1--- Mould structure: HOT RUNNER system design “X” cross type, Similar with HUSKY design. PET materials go into nozzle tip straightly to improve mould cycle time and reduce injection pressure.
Mold cavities designed should be arranged in 3 vertical rows. One row has 8 cavities (3*8).
2---Cooling system on cavity, core, and the cooling system on neck (slip).
3---We put the graphite cooper plate under slide plate.
4---Double-locked, inter-changeable mould components;
5--- The controller heat Individual cavities, runner and sprue. One Temperature zone control one point temperature.
Mould size(L*W*H): About 760*500*(480-500)mm
Titanium Coating: No Coating Titanium on core and cavity and neck.
Warranty period: one year
Usage life: 3 million shots
Cycle time : 19-21 seconds. According to CHINESE NORMAL I.M.M.
